Jana Raup has been a licensed, practicing mental health professional since 1988. She has worked with patients from the community and Bay Community Health (BCH) since 2002 and in 2013 was hired by BCH to develop the Behavioral Health program. Dr. Raup continues to serve as both Director of Behavioral Health and as a BCH therapist. She provides individual, couples, family, and group therapy with children, adolescents, and adults and primarily utilizes cognitive-behavioral techniques. Her approach is very interactive with both therapist and client as active participants. Dr. Raup earned her doctorate in mental health counseling from the University of Florida and holds her master’s degrees from Towson University and The Johns Hopkins University. She also has advanced training in clinical counseling and therapy from Johns Hopkins and rehabilitation counseling from Ohio University.
